A chat-first home screen
Vispo now opens into a chat-first home screen instead of dropping you straight into a workspace.
Ask Vispo to:
- Prepare documents. Answer a few questions and Vispo will draft the paperwork.
- Move documents along. Chase signers, track what's outstanding.
- Answer questions. About your own documents, or startup law generally.
From here you can start a new chat, browse categorized starter prompts (Popular, Incorporation, Financing, Hiring and Advisors, Early Team and Equity, IP, Compliance, and more), or jump straight into creating documents with one-click starters like SAFE Offering, Mutual NDA, and Promised Options Letter.
You can also start a new chat, organize conversations into groups, and see your recent conversations, all from the left panel.
Workspaces, tucked to the right side
Dashboard, Transactions, Compliance, and Document Library have moved out of the top nav bar and into a collapsible Workspace panel on the right. Open a page from there without losing your place in the conversation - your chat stays running while you move between pages.
Account menu, now in the sidebar
The account menu (bottom-left) opens a panel with Settings & Billing, What's New, Archived chats, and Log out, plus account switching (with an "Add account" option) and the app version number. This replaces the account controls that previously lived in the top-right corner.
Agentic SAFE Offering
Starting a SAFE Offering is now chat-driven. Instead of stepping through a form, you tell Vispo what you're trying to do and it walks you through preparing the round conversationally - asking what it needs, drafting documents, and moving you to the next step as you go.

Small info icons throughout the setup pages explain each option, and a new FAQ page answers common questions.

There's a Talk2Me link right in the top menu of the Vispo homepage.
Smarter website knowledge
When someone asks about your firm, the AI assistant now draws on your website in a format built for accurate answers. Expect noticeably better responses, especially on larger sites. Nothing changes on your side: your existing scan carries over.
Clearer legal disclaimer
The chat widget shows an improved disclaimer to everyone who opens it, so a prospective client knows what the conversation is and isn't. It stays current with your AI assistant's name automatically, and it's fully customizable in the advanced configuration if your firm needs specific wording.
