Your Q&A answers now save automatically
As you type answers in the Q&A training section, your work is saved in the background. Closing the window or leaving the page no longer loses anything, and your AI assistant picks up the new answers automatically.
More reliable practice-area setup
Adding or removing a practice area now updates your AI assistant immediately, and if something goes wrong during setup, the system safely undoes the change instead of leaving things half-finished.

Starting a SAFE round now opens with an AI walkthrough of six steps ahead, so you can see the whole shape of it before you commit to the first step.
Three more transactions
- Employment Offer Letter: an offer letter between the company and an employee.
- Advisor Agreement: consulting services with equity-based compensation.
- Mutual NDA: a mutual confidentiality agreement between the company and a counterparty.
One word for the other side of a deal
Documents and forms now say "counterparty" everywhere instead of switching between "employee," "recipient," and other labels depending on the transaction. Signature blocks on the Promised Options Agreement were corrected, and you can now specify whether a counterparty is an individual or a company.
A clearer view of your work
The transaction view and dashboard were reworked with better descriptive text and counts, and the guided AI walkthrough now prefills data it already knows.
Sign documents yourself, or hand it to someone who can
When a transaction reaches its signature step, you can sign for the company right there in your account. If the person who should be signing isn't you, a co-founder, an officer, assign them as the signatory on the company's behalf and they'll be taken straight to the signature without needing to run the transaction themselves.

The Compliance Center picks up three more of the things your company owes.
California, in the Compliance Center
The Compliance Center picks up the two California filings.
- California Registration. If your Delaware company is doing business in California, it has to qualify there. We file the qualification and appoint ourselves as your registered agent in the state.
- California Statement of Information. Due shortly after you qualify, and every year after that. It also has to be amended whenever your officers, directors, address, or registered agent change mid-cycle, which is the part most companies miss.
Pick how your workspace looks
Three appearances to choose from in Settings:
- Light, a warm parchment-inspired workspace for brighter environments. Your choice is saved on the browser you're using;
- Vispo Purple, the signature gradient and purple palette;
- Dark, a neutral low-light workspace with subtle purple accents.
General improvements
- Talk2Me: The legal disclaimer can be replaced with your firm's own wording, from the advanced configuration.
- Other improvements.
Fixes
- Talk2Me: A website scan could stick partway through and never finish. Scans now complete, and a stuck scan can be reset.
- Larger sites failed silently when your website exceeded the document size limit, which left the AI assistant answering badly.
- If your California qualification was handled outside the platform, your annual Statement of Information did not appear afterwards.
- Other fixes.
