Here's what we've been cooking:
- Agentic chat: ask Vispo to act, not just explain
- Three new transactions: Founder Loan, Promised Options Letter, Service Provider Agreement
- New Compliance items: Annual Board Consent, Annual Stockholder Consent, priced on its own
- A blog on the Vispo landing page
Ask Vispo to do it, not just explain it
The chat inside your account can now act on your behalf instead of only answering questions. Ask it to find a transaction, a document, or anything still pending, and it pulls it up in the conversation, then gives you a button to do the next thing.
- "Send my mutual NDA for signing" opens the transaction with the instructions you need to finish it.
- "Send a reminder to Sarah", or to an email address, surfaces the right transaction and waits for you to approve before anything goes out.
- Continue or delete a transaction straight from chat.
- Ask it to run a transaction with you and it walks you through the whole thing, step by step.
It still does everything it did before: plain-language answers on your filings, your documents, and general legal questions, grounded in our knowledge base.
Three new transactions
- Founder Loan: a demand loan agreement between a lender and a borrower.
- Promised Options Letter: a stock option grant with its vesting terms.
- Service Provider Agreement: contractor services and the compensation for them.
Your annual board consent and annual stockholder consent, on its own
The annual board and stockholder consents can now be completed individually, without committing to anything else in the Compliance Center.
A blog
The Vispo landing page now has a blog: what we're building, what we're learning about corporate legal work, and the filings and deadlines founders keep getting caught by.
General improvements
- Chat prompts follow the page you're on, so the suggestions match what you're actually doing rather than where you have been.
- Other improvements.
Fixes
- The guided AI walkthroughs were fixed for the Service Provider Agreement, the Promised Options Letter, which was missing input fields.
- The Annual Stockholder Consent AI walkthrough threw an address error and would not let you sign. The same address problem affected third-party signers.
- Chat showed the same question more than once, and could get stuck in a loop when you answered a question it had asked you.
- Demo requests submitted from the landing page were failing.
- A transaction could show a duplicated workflow and price.
- Other fixes.
