Talk2Me is out of beta and available to law firms. There are two sides to it. You configure the AI assistant, train it, and preview it. The people who visit your website see a chat widget that answers questions in your practice area and turns the ones who are ready into scheduled consultations. Everything below is part of it.

Practice Area Knowledge Packages
Your assistant now starts with real legal grounding instead of a blank slate. Each package covers general questions prospects actually ask in that area. Your can add as many practice areas as you would like to a single widget.
Introducing the Compliance Center
Incorporating is the easy part. What catches founders out is everything that comes after: a filing with a deadline nobody told you about, a renewal that lapsed while you were raising, a form that was due fifteen days after something you didn't realize had happened.
The Compliance Center is where those obligations live from now on. The idea is simple. Every filing your company owes appears in one place. Some of them we prepare and file on your behalf. Others stay yours to do.

First up: your Delaware registered agent renewal
We're starting with one filing and building out from there. Your Delaware registered agent renewal item, renewed on your behalf so the appointment never lapses. The date moves depending on when your appointment was made, so it shows as a variable date rather than a fixed deadline.
More filings are coming next month, and the ones after that. Your annual consents, your California registration and Statement of Information, and your Form D are all on the way in.

- Talk2Me has its own page on vispo.ai, so a firm can read what it does before signing up.
- Signup, onboarding, and practice area selection were built as a single flow you can finish in one sitting.
- Billing has its own page, with self-serve checkout at signup.
- Your dashboard reports conversation volume by day and by month.
- Conversation history is kept, so you can reread any thread later.
- The AI assistant offers "Tell me more" prompts, and has clearer ways to close out a conversation when someone is done.
