A transaction detail page
Each transaction now has its own page, with details in the same order you entered them, a document switcher for moving between documents without leaving the view, and a clear status. The new transaction page was rebuilt alongside it, and the SAFE offering now looks and behaves like incorporation rather than being its own thing.
A dashboard organized the way you think about your company
Transactions are now grouped by category and by where they sit in your company's journey, so the dashboard reflects your stage rather than a flat list.
Chat that remembers
The AI assistant now keeps long-term memory across conversations, so you are not re-explaining your company every time. It also falls back to a general answer instead of stalling when it has no platform knowledge for a question, and the knowledge base gained real content on incorporation, registered agents, SAFE offerings, and what you need in place before you start.
Small things that were annoying
The EIN step defaults to Technology, company name and suffix are separate fields, your company name prefills from account creation.
General improvements
- Transaction status moved where you would actually look for it, and the two signature blocks are now the same size.
- Emails for "sign" and "completed" were rewritten, and hover text explains what "queued for signing" means.
- Starting or loading a transaction no longer glitches on the way in.
- "View" is hidden while a transaction is still a draft.
- Adding or deleting documents in the knowledge base feels immediate rather than delayed.
- Explanatory text was updated on the incorporation walkthrough and the 83(b) page.
- Buttons, padding, scroll bars, and pagination were tidied up across the product.
- Other improvements.
Fixes
- The legal entity signing modal flashed an error state before settling.
- Reloading equity allocations and moving from a SAFE with a side letter into preview both produced errors.
- Custom vesting commencement dates were not validated properly.
- Other fixes.
